Please note all sales are Final.As a policy, VideoCCTV does not ship to addresses other than the "Bill To" address unless the order is being shipped to your job or to an alternate business address. Please provide company name if applicable. To expedite the processing of your order, you must provide the billing address where you receive your credit card statement. Otherwise your order may be delayed.
SALES TAX
is required to collect applicable sales tax on transactions shipping within the state of New York as required by law. All new customers are assumed to be taxable unless valid documentation stating otherwise is provided. Valid documentation includes a resale or exemption certificate issued by the State, completed, and signed by you. It must include your State assigned resale/exemption number. Your written statement claiming resale or exemption status is insufficient. To claim non-taxable status, we must have a properly completed state issued document from all states listed above to which you ship merchandise.
Any taxes that appear on your online order are a very close approximate if not in most all cases exact. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect all the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is actually shipped.
RETURN POLICY
VideoCCTV will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt of their order for a full refund less the shipping costs. After 8 days but up to 30 days, customers can return merchandise less the shipping costs or exchange merchandise and incur a 25% restocking fee. After 30 days, VideoCCTV will not accept returns and only the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. Whether returning for refund or exchange, all returned merchandise must be in new condition with the original box, packing material, manuals, and accessories.
The following merchandise is non returnable, non exchangeable and not sold on a trial basis: SOFTWARE, PRINTERS, ALL RECORDING DEVICES INCLUDING VCR’s, DVR’s, DIGITAL VOICE RECORDERS,TELEPHONE RECORDERS, SPRAYS, LIQUIDS and POWDERS.

A Return Authorization number will be issued by VideoCCTV.com and must accompany all returns. Items returned for credit will be rejected if no authorization number has been issued or freight has not been prepaid. Return Authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date issued
All returned merchandise must be sent in the original carton along with original packing materials, manuals and instruction/warranty information as applicable. Original merchandise box and/or manuals, instruction/warranty information documents must not be defaced or altered in any way. The cost of replacing these or any missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount. Merchandise initially shipped “double-boxed” must be returned to VideoCCTV in like fashion.
VideoCCTV will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent. Please allow at least 5 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement
If a product has been shipped and delivery is refused, customer will be held responsible for the costs of shipping in both directions.
If you provide us with an invalid shipping address, or you neglect to retrieve your package, and it is returned to us as "Refused" "Unclaimed" "Address does not exist" ....etc; we will refund your card MINUS the original shipping charge.
Order cancellations may be assessed a cancellation fee to cover the time and fees incurred in reversing or retracting the order.
Order Cancellations require 24 Hours to process from Monday to Friday.
Special Order items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. If such is ordered, you will be notified by e-mail or fax. We will require your acceptance in writing of these conditions before processing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our Return Policy.
Special Order - Non Cancelable items have the following terms:
ALL Aiphone and Arecont items are SPECIAL ORDER Items.
We will accept special orders. All special orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Once a special order has been placed, the purchaser will have 24 hours from time of order placement to cancel the order with no penalty.The purchaser will be charged a 10% fee for cancelation of Special order if done within 24-48 Hours after order placement. After 48 hour period Special order items are NON-CANCELABLE. Orders for items that are not in-stock, even though listed in our catalog or website, may be considered a special order.
All returned merchandise must be in original carton and packing material with all factory standard items. Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

* Diversions to illegal end-users that are involved in diversions to embargoed countries, parties involved in proliferation or to destinations that require a license.

To accomplish this, we request that you provide necessary customer and end-user information on all orders, including full name, country, and type of facility so that we may screen the customer and/or end-user name. Failure to comply may cause your order to be delayed or canceled. We appreciate your cooperation in furnishing this information.
Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after product has been shipped, the refused shipment or return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.
If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept the package(s) from the shipper; or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package is/appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. If you prefer for us to deal with the carrier, we must know within two days of your receipt of the product that it was damaged. Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any damage/problems. In order to serve you better we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier (or to us) within two days of receiving the product.
In the rare event that you received a product different than what was ordered (all orders are double check prior to shipping) we must be contacted within 2 business days from the receipt of the shipment. If we made a mistake/error in shipping and we are contacted within the specified time, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions on how and where to return the product.
